somthing I have tried to live by since cycling, and it deffinatly works. but this season I really am behind. well, maybe not that far but normally by mid Dec. I have allready put together a few weeks of solid training. a couple hilly rides at home in CT and am fully under way with lifting. This year the trip to CT was a family gathering at our place (lindsay's and mine) in newton. no riding there. then my knee was bother me, then it rained, altot. then, yesterday it snowed. rocky mt. snow. throw in a couple parties, a work dinner and I feel way over weight out of shape and under the gun. It's only Dec. so no need to realy panic i guess. this week shoud be good dispite the snow. I have got in 2 strength workouts on the trainer, so if i can put 2 good days in this weekend I will be on my way.
